Brief Description of the Audit Report of Parathode Grama Panchayat 2024-25
The Kerala State Audit Department has conducted an inspection based on the financial statements of Parathode Grama Panchayat for the financial year 2024-25 and has assessed the financial transactions, project implementation, fund utilization, tax collection and public works activities of the panchayat.
The audit report shows that the financial status of Parathode Grama Panchayat is generally satisfactory. However, several deficiencies have been found in the maintenance of accounting records, fund utilization, tax assessment and project implementation. The Audit Department recommends that these should be resolved to improve financial control and project implementation efficiency.
