Introduction Parathode Grama Panchayat publishes this Citizens' Charter to ensure the provision of timely, transparent, and efficient services to the public, in accordance with the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act and the Kerala Panchayat Raj (Right to Service) Rules. This document outlines the services available to every citizen of the Panchayat, the procedures for availing these services, the timeframes for service delivery, and the officials responsible for providing them.
